St. George

This last week, on the spur of the moment we headed down south to St. George. We were able to stay for 5 days in a condo just out of St. George. It was so fun to get a way from what we have heard to be the crazy cold weather up north. It was so nice and warm for us.

While we were there we took the kids to Zions National Park and were able to do some fun hikes through out the park. We borrowed a Kelty backpack from the Vestors, for Bella to sit in while we hiked around. We packed a lunch and some snacks and lots of water in our camelbak's. We hiked up to the Emerald Pools, it was a about a 2 1/2 hour hike all around. It was so amazing to see, such a beautiful place. The kids did awesome, the boys loved hiking all over. Bella liked the ride but at times wanted out get out so she could play around like the boys were.

On the way up the trail.

This is us at the Upper Emerald Pools. This is an amazing water fall that is probably over a hundred feet up above us.

The next day we went for a bike ride on the parkway back in town. It was really fun to get out and ride. Erek and the boys went out after and found a single track to ride while me and Bella took a nap back at the condo.

At the Pool.

We had a blast! It was so fun to get away for a few days and just relax. Thanks so much Erin for letting us stay at your condo.
