36 weeks and counting down

This Saturday I will be 36 weeks along in the pregnancy. I know it getting close now but I have figured that it will still be about another 4-5 weeks for sure. Yet, at my apt this week the doctors said that I was just dilated to a 1, which still means nothing. Also, the baby has not turned yet, so as of today he or she is head up and is what is known as Breeched. My doctor had me go in for an ultrasound this morning to confirm this was correct and it is. My doctor said the choices we have at this point are 1. try and turn the baby, which I hear it pretty painful for me. This is done by the Doctor basically pushing on my tummy trying to get the baby to turn head down. And the sucess of this is only 50%. Or 2. just keep going and see if the baby will turn on their own in the next week or two. If not I will have a C-section. Which does not sound fun either. I really don't want to have a C-section so hopefully the baby will just do it on their own in the next few days. I will let you know.
Here is some pictures of the baby's foot from the ultrasound today. I love the feet pictures the most. The Nurse also said that she could see hair on the baby's head, which is really cool. I can't wait to meet our new baby. Also, we made sure she knew that we did not want to find out what the baby is and so we still do not know if it is a boy or a girl!!

The Lights on Temple Square

One of our favorite Christmas Family Traditions is to go see the lights on Temple Square for family night. This year it was pretty cold out there so we didn't stay too long but it was really fun just to be outside and to see so many pretty lights. We always stop afterwards for some Hot Cocoa, which really tastes good after walking around in the cold.

Happy Thanksgiving

I hope you all had a wonderful Turkey day, We sure did. We love being around family. We are so grateful for so many things in our life and the #1 thing is our family and friends. We love you all, Thank you for all being a part of our lives and being there for us.

My mom has waited all year to see the grandkids put on the Nativity play again. It is a family tradition. I did it when I was young and now the grandkids get to do it. Usually we do it at the family Christmas party but not everyone will be able to make it in december so my mom did it Thanksgiving Night. She spend the night before making all the costumes and getting the manger ready. She is silly but it was really cute.
The stars are Tanner - Joseph, Ellie - Mary, Eliza - Jesus (just for the picture though), Tyler - Wise Man, Nathan - Wise man, Jaycob - Shepherd, and Logan - Shepherd. They all did an amazing job and were so excited to do it it was so much fun.

It took a little while to get the pictures post on here because I was just frustrated that I lost everything else I had done. So it better last this time. We had a great halloween the kids came way with so much candy, We are still enjoying it. Logan keeps asking when he can go again and next year just seems too far away.

This is Erek's Aunt's daughter (so does that make her his cousin?? I guess) Her name is Tyland, she came out trick R treating with us in her cute little Witch costume. She wasn't sure at first but by the end she was having some fun.
