Provo River Falls

Just a few miles up the canyon from our camp site was the Provo River Falls. They are so beautiful. We had a wonderful time playing in the water.

Ellie was so brave she kept letting Erek dunk her hair in the freezing water

Campout

This past weekend we were able to go camping with some of my family up in the Uinta Mountains. We do know why we have never been there before. It is so pretty up there and really close to home too. We will have to go back for sure. We spent 2 nights camping and had a blast.
Ellie, Tyler, Logan and Jaycob
This is the cousins. It was Tyler's birthday and the reason for the campout. These kids were so dirty for 3 days straight but it didn't stop them for a minute.

Jaycob's Graduation

This is a song they learned in Spanish and English. He has been practicing it for weeks and sings it all the time. Even when his cap doesn't want to stay on he keeps on singing. They all did such a great job!
Getting his Certificate. His Principle, Mrs. Lopez (Spanish Teacher) and Mrs. Swain (English Teacher)

Jaycob has learn and grown so much this past year. It has been a challenge to adjust to full day school but he did good. He said the hardest part was getting up early in the morning everyday. The best part of school was the Puma Parties! (if he could keep his card as green by following the rules every day for a week or so all the kids in the school that did it had a fun party. While the other students were in doing homework!) He has learned so much. He is now reading which is really exciting!
We are so proud of you big Buddy!

Field Day

Jaycob and Drew - Best Friends

This past week has been a very busy and exciting week for Jaycob. It was the last week of Kindergarden. His school has a field day with many fun games outside. I volunteered to help out and had a lot of fun too. The weather wasn't the best but we still all had tons of fun.
A near by Fire Station was nice enough to come and show off their truck and Show how cold the water can really be. The kids were so excited and totally ran the minute the water got going. It was great fun.

THEY BLEW A 24 POINT LEAD!!!!! Hope you sleep well tonight Kobe knowing your team sucks and your not going to beat the Celtics three straight.

Jeep - Nuff Said!

The 10th annual Jeep Show was this past weekend. Erek had to work so he was very sad to miss it. But me and the kids went and met up with my Dad and Brothers. It was a hot day in the sun but it was fun to check all the Jeeps out.

Logan, Jaycob and Tyler
Each year there is a raffle for the Utah 4-wheel Drive Association. each raffle ticket costs a dollar and in the last two years our group has really won big taking home most of the prizes. This year we didn't win a thing, but know the guy that won 6 of the 10 prizes. It was still a fun day looking at Jeeps.

The Best Picture of May!

What a cute little picture of the 2 cousins at the zoo, with the bear behind them - precious!
BUT I THINK THE SIGN SAYS IT ALL!

Month in review - May

So this last month I have been so horrible at posting on my blog, even though I think about it and have intentions of doing every day. It still just never happens, so once again I will do a Month in review just to get you caught up on some of what we have been doing. And it gives me a chance to so off my cute little kids.
In May Erek ended a very challenging semester and then just a week and a half later he started another one. He is taking a turbo Physics class over the summer, so he has been very busy with that and work. I have been able to cut back my work to part time and it has been such a blessing so far. It is so nice to be home with my family and then go to work when the kids are in bed, I have been really enjoying it so far.
May was also Mothers Day. I had a great day and lots of fun spending time with my family and Mothers. Erek and the kids were very sweet to me through out the day. Jaycob and the Primary sang to me at church which is always so cute ( Logan didn't want to go up there.) Yet just a few minutes after that during sacrament meeting Jaycob got mad at me. He announced to the people around us that "Mom your making this the worst day for me." What a great 180 he can do. Isn't being a mom fun?
This is the Boys at Red Butte Gardens. We have a annual pass there and really love walking around, feeding the ducks and fish, and playing in the kids area. It is so pretty year round.
How cute these little guys are. Jaycob and Logan are the Best Big Brothers Ever!
We went to the zoo with my sister Julie and my Mom. This is Julies Little girl Eliza. She is so fun she is almost 9 months now and I can't wait until her and Izzy are running around.
My cute little boys once again, and Izzy just sleeping away.
