Your invited to a tea party
This afternoon the girls and me had a fancy tea party. We got the table all set and Bella dressed up and we all put on fancy jewelry for the big event. We served punch and cookies and it was very delicious.

Princess Cowgirl
Summer Bucket List #49 - Ride a Horse
Bella loves horses, and one of her summer wishes was to ride a horse. We went over to Gardner Village to the farmers market and Bella was able to ride this pony around. She loved it but she did ask when she could ride a real horse, a big horse. Oh silly girl. I just love my Princess so much.

Big Blue part #1
Summer Bucket list #8 - Camping
Every year you can expect there to be mud up on skyline drive but this year really was one of the wettest in a really long time. Lisa and the kids drove the truck and pulling the trailer up Ephraim canyon and it was so muddy! We came at the same time as Josh and Anne and also grandma and grandpa. As we were driving down to the camp site (Dave and Connie had come up a day earlier) it was so muddy we had to just follow the ruts in the road and hope for the best. Josh went first trying to pull off the road to park his trailer and as he turned his truck and trailer jack-knifed and his trailer busted his back window in the truck. Right then Bella and Zoie were sitting in the back seat
it was a miracle but they didn't get hurt by any of the breaking glass or anything. Then my dad ended up hitting his trailers water tank on a big rock causing the plug to come out and losing all of his fresh water. Luckily, I had no problems pulling the trailer behind the truck. But it sure was muddy. I could feel the tires slipping so much even in 4-wheel drive. Finally, we were able to pull to the side and set the trailers up in a circle on a flat semi grassy field and just pretty much part them where they stopped mostly out of necessity. This year from our family we had Me and the kids (Erek came up for 1 day), Josh and Anne, Grandma and Grandpa, and Jeremy and Jenn came up for one day too. From the Lanes there was Dave and Connie, Jared and Lindsay, Tyler and Megan and Jodi and Mark. So it was a lot of fun to have so many of us up there.
The mud didn't stop, we continued to get very wet thunderstorms every afternoon. So the kids, bikes, toy cars, and 4-wheelers were caked in the mud. I swear Logan went through 3 pairs of pants in the first day and so we were constantly trying to wash and dry another pair because we knew it wouldn't take him long to get in the mud again. Bella and Jaycob both had a great time playing outside to but they managed to stay at least a little drier then Logan. Both boys got to drive grandpa's "grizzly" 4-wheeler and were having a blast taking turn and driving through the mud puddles. We would joke around with them that they couldn't bring it back muddy, but we all know the is impossible. God created mud for us to splash in, right? This was Alivia's first camping trip and she absolutely loved it. She loved being outside and she had no problem crawling through the mud to get where she wanted to go. She loved playing with Jake (Josh's Dog). He was so good to let her climb all over him and snuggle right up to him. What a great dog.
Due to the very wet year we were having we had multiple traps on our little trail trying to keep the rain out. It worked really well for the most part but if I left the water standing on the top it would eventually leak down in. It made for a very crazy year up there. Since we got so much rain, the weather was much cooler then we would like. And since we were not by any trees the wind would really blow through the camp. But was stuck it out and bundled up at night in tons of sleeping bags and blankets, so we kept warm.
