Zoo

Last Week the Boys had Spring Break and the whole week off school. We tried to get out each day and do something fun. Earlier in the week the weather was crazy, a couple inches of snow out side. We went out to lunch with dad on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday, were both cold and snowy so we just stayed home. Luckily Thursday was a beautiful day, so we went up to the Vestors house at the village, to let the kids all play. It was a perfect day. We brought some pizza nad had lunch with them before heading outside to play on the playground.

On Friday, My sister Julie and Eliza came up so we planned a day at the zoo. Denice and her daughter Eisley also came along. The weather wasn't as wonderful as the day before, it was cold and windy. It start to warm up as the day went by and as we were walking around, so it was still a fun day at the zoo. They kids all had so much fun seeing all the animals. We were really excited to see the baby Elephant, the first time we went by there she was a sleep. We checked on her again before we left, and she was up walking around. She is so cute, walking around with her mama. Bella was just excited to see so many birds around us as we were eating lunch. Eliza was sad that the bears weren't there anymore but she love seeing the other animals too. Eisley loved to watch the penguins, they were really close to us and we sat and watched them gather straw to build their little nest.

We had a great time and I'm so glad that Julie and Denice were able to come. Lets go again soon!
